What a pair!

These socks were made with Noro Silk Garden, and are my new favorites. They actually do sparkle, thanks to the flecks of pink and gold silk throughout.

The pattern is my own, with short-row toe and heel and a few different texture stitches on the leg. They were made from the toe up, on two circular needles.

They fit perfectly, and I'm pleased at how tall I was able to make them (one of the benefits of constructing socks from the toe up - you knit until you run out of yarn!)
The wool/silk content of the yarn means that they are so unbelievably warm.
I will get much use out of these. There is no doubt.
